Job description

Cobblestone Learning are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a growing eLearning design agency, who design online digital content (video, animation, interactive content) and online platforms to provide customised internal training for companies.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning. We want to work with a self-starter with the confidence to independently drive business development initiatives while working closely with our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and have practical experience in marketing strategy, content writing, basic multimedia development and marketing analytics.

We are looking for a candidate that is very commercially oriented with experience growing a b2b services business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and manage marketing campaigns
Create and manage marketing/lead gen automation workflows
Manage social media accounts, and website content
Work closely with our sales manager to generate leads and support sales activities
Review and refine marketing strategy while working directly with the company CEO
Write and coordinate the creation of blog, social media, website and lead generation content
Reporting on monthly sales and marketing KPIs from google analytics, CRM and other sources
Generate and/or coordinate the creation of multimedia assets such as video, graphics and animation as marketing collateral
Design and test new marketing strategies on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

Excellent writing skills.
Knowledge of CRM Software and SEO
Be creative, driven and highly organized
3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in a b2b technology, multimedia, eLearning or digital related sectors.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools like Photoshop or Canva a plus.
Experience marketer in a b2b services business.
Technically inquisitive with a basic understanding of digital content creation, visual design, websites and online technology.

€35,000 - €40,000 per year
