For the past 22 years, the Irish Institute of Training and Development has hosted their annual training and development awards recognising excellence in training and development programmes across Ireland.

The purpose of the IITD National Training Awards is to promote excellence, best practice, and innovation in training and learning & development. It highlights the importance of this area in today’s business climate.

Cobblestone Learning and Quillte are delighted to be nominated within the Digital Learning category for our Heath and Safety eLearning programme.

Coillte had a business requirement to deliver health and safety training at scale in a flexible way. They identified eLearning as part of a blended approach but needed to provide an innovative and attractive for their contractors. They needed a bespoke solution that covered the safety topics from an Irish forestry operations perspective in an exciting and effective way. The Coillte team had some great ideas on how to implement their vision, where Cobblestone Learning supported in its implementation.

The awards will take place at Killashee Hotel hotel in Nass county Kildare on Wednesday, March 25th 2020.

Cobblestone used best practices from other industries and learning programmes they developed to partner with Coillte to implement an Innovative eLearning programme. The result was an interactive experience that changed behaviour, provided real-life context and ultimately reduced Health and Safety incidents.

The awards will take place at Killashee Hotel hotel in Nass county Kildare on Friday March 3rd 2017. Details on the categories and other shortlisted companies can be found at
